Five good habits to start the day right


The moment of getting up is usually a defining moment for many, it can create the tone in which we face the day. We recommend five good habits that do not require a lot of time and that make a big difference in the rest of the day:

Meditation: Clearing our mind from the beginning of the day gives us clarity and discipline that translates into better thoughts and more order in our life and at work or school. Between 10 or 20 minutes is enough.

Exercise: From going to the gym, walking your dog or taking a walk around your house, it is a great way to activate our energy and revitalize our body and mind.

Eat healthy: What we put into our body influences how we feel, how we think and how we act. A healthy diet, full of fruits, vegetables and protein (as natural as possible) gives us energy to start the day.

Doing what we are passionate about: It can be singing for five minutes in the shower, writing a few paragraphs, reading, seeing something that makes us laugh or doing something that makes us feel alive, it serves as a reminder to know where we come from and where we are going .

Gratitude: Give a space at the beginning of the day to be grateful for what we have, what we are, what we have learned, the people around us or the simple fact of staying alive one more day. Gratitude is the language of the heart.
